Compliance Reporting
All license/permit holders must complete and submit an annual report. The reporting period begins on Sept. 1 and ends on Dec. 1 each year. This gives businesses a 90-day period to complete and submit their annual report(s)
If you have not already received your compliance letter, you soon will. Every location permitted to sell alcohol in Texas must complete this procedure or face disciplinary actions from the State. This review is mandatory even if you are not open!
